In 2005, a crew from Osaka led by Shinpei Ueno brought new light to Japan’s nocturnal skate culture. Through travels and 15 years of producing the underground Lenz video series, Ueno helped spread the fast-paced style and bold visual explorations that became the signature of the local scene—and of TIGHTBOOTH®’s aesthetic.

Born from necessity, the Nike SB x TIGHTBOOTH® Dunk Low Pro draws inspiration from the freedom of skating at night. Textured overlays mimic the metal grates that define late-night sessions, while reflective Swoosh panels, co-branded tongue tags, and subtle Safety Orange accents bring the visual identity and spirit of TIGHTBOOTH® into the iconic Dunk.
